Privacy Policy

Rodio is an independent sync licensing company. This page explains what information we collect through rodio-epr.pages.dev, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:
- Contact form (in the “get in touch” panel): your name, email address, and message, plus an optional link to your music or your company/project name, and whether you're reaching out as an artist or with a project.
- Notify signup (the small circle near the footer): your email address only, so we can let you know about soft-launch events.
Both forms include a hidden field used only to catch automated spam. It does not collect anything about you.
We do not use cookies or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not collect any information just from you browsing it. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may log standard technical details like IP address and browser type, as most web hosts do, but Rodio does not access this for tracking purposes.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate music submissions, and, if you sign up for updates, let you know about soft-launch events. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to Natasha's inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and are also mirrored into Rodio's private client dashboard, built and hosted by FoundryXD (our site developer), so submissions can be reviewed in one place. Neither service uses your information for anything beyond delivering and storing your submission.
The video embed
The featured-placements player embeds YouTube using youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which limits the cookies YouTube sets before you press play. If you do play a video, YouTube (Google) may then set its own cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. That collection is outside Rodio's control.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry or maintain a reasonable record of our business dealings, and delete them when that reason no longer applies.
Your choices
Email natasha@rodiomusic.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
